Sunday Programing

Adult Sunday School, led by Gene and Hilda Sherman, meets in the Adult Sunday School Room on the first floor of the Sanctuary Building at 9:45 a.m. each week. They participate in various studies through out the year.

Children’s Sunday School is not offered at this time. Contact the church office if you have children that would be interested in attending on a weekly basis.

Choir meets for rehearsal on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m in the Sanctuary and Sundays at 10:30 a.m in the Choir Room on the first floor of the Sanctuary Building. Any skill level is welcome to participate. They assist in helping us lead worship each week.

Weekday Programing

Community Dinners are held the fourth Saturday of every month from 5-6pm. This is a free meal offered to the community and often times includes a gospel jam following dinner. Come check it out! The menu varies monthly.

Harvest Dinner is a missions fundraiser held in November of every year. This is a great way to get your family together and enjoy some amazing food and entertainment. This event will be held next on November 10, 2018.

Homecoming is held the second Saturday in September. Be sure to save the date as we often have guest preachers and/or guest musicians.

Men’s Group meets on the second-Saturday of each month at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast and programing in the church fellowship hall. They do various service projects throughout the year.

Women’s Prayer Group meets on the first and third Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Adult Sunday School classroom in the Sanctuary Building.  They gather together to pray over the church and individuals.

AA meets at the church weekly on Tuesdays at 7:30pm. AA meets in our fellowship hall. You can enter directly into the fellowship hall from the back of the church. Look for the AA sign.

Boy Scouts of America Troop 21. This group meets on Mondays. Joice Harris is the Troop Scout Master and can be reached at 434-286-3708 or

Lion’s Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
